Nourish Your Digital Soul
Revolutionary forms of communication are taking root in the digital world at warp speed. So this year, we’re exploring how modern consumers, armed with a seemingly endless horizon of choices, have been rewired to actively engage with, filter and even create their own personal media. No longer content to passively absorb our messages, this new breed of buyers is connected and “always on”.
As such, the way consumers experience brands is also changing before our very eyes. Technology has empowered those with purchasing power and enabled vast connections that simply were not possible in an analog world. Yet, even with this transformation, the fundamental truths at the heart of connecting brands with customers have remained firmly entrenched in communication.
Without a doubt, consumer behavior is entering a new era. One that is focused like a laser beam on how new technology and innovative media can work together to nurture the relationships consumers have with brands. Now, more than ever, it is critical to determine the role each element plays in the equation of consumer engagement and how the pieces can work together to achieve conversion.
To that end, we’re expanding our 2011 event. This two-day meeting of the minds is jam packed with a variety of keynote speakers, “experience rooms”, guest panelists and speakers, breakout sessions and industry thought leaders. As one of our VIP clients, this educational forum is free to you, courtesy of Southwest Media Group. We’ll feature some of the best and brightest companies leading the digital experience today. Together we’ll discuss, learn and explore the many varied ways we communicate with consumers and how we adapt in a digital experience world.
